DoseTrace: Health Journal

DoseTrace is a private, personal health journal. You decide what to track — peptides, injectables, vitamins, supplements, lab work, vaccines, body measurements — and DoseTrace helps you remember it, review it, chart it, and hand it to your own doctor. Everything is entered or uploaded by you. DoseTrace never interprets your data or tells you what to do.

• Vaccine journal: log your vaccines and boosters — or scan a vaccine card or a doctor's sheet — with dates, your own next-due reminders, and notes.
• BMR, Energy & Protein calculator: estimate the daily calories and protein that fit your goal, run a reality check against your real results, and track weight vs. waist over time. A general-wellness estimate, never tied to any medication.
• One-tap export: hand any doctor a clean PDF or CSV of the records you entered.

You can edit or delete anything you enter — including every value read from a photo or PDF — so your journal always says exactly what you want it to.

BUILT FOR PRIVACY
Your data lives on your device by default. If you turn on sync, it travels encrypted to your own account — no third party reads your entries. Delete everything in two taps, or remove single entries whenever you like.
