it's got the main 4 frequency's for free and a host of others for a small fee only real issue is it's on a 10 second loop so I find the half second reset pause a bit frustrating I end up getting irritated by it and put one from you tube on .

I downloaded this. Played the white noise and uninstalled it. I find the break after a few seconds annoying as hell. This app is meant to be for those with adhd. Laughable, really, when it makes me anxious every time the break comes up. No thank you.
