• Pause — wait before extending
• Recommit — define one specific task
• Final check — hold to continue once
• Reset — step away after repeated extensions
Choose Gentle, Balanced, or Strong protection for each guarded app.

Sleep Guard keeps distracting apps blocked during your bedtime window while essential apps remain available. Urgent access is still possible when genuinely needed.

🔒 Privacy First
LoopCut uses Android Accessibility Service only to detect when selected apps open and display the correct intervention.
It does not read your messages, typed text, browsing history, or personal content.
