Traditional obstetrics has always been guided by late pregnancy events, especially high-risk conditions such as pre-eclampsia.
Ultrasonography markedly changed the north of obstetrics, where the fetus started to be entitled to diagnosis and treatment with citizenship characteristics.
With the arrival of doppler, USG 3D / 4D, elastography, ultrasound diagnosis has made extraordinary advances in pregnancy.
