LIGO Service is a digital platform to work the technical service process in the field, using mobile devices by maintenance corrective service technicians. Make inventory requests to central distribution centers, manage inventories with own warehouses by technicians, consume materials, request materials and close service calls. These processes work in communication at the level of master data and document processes with SAP B1, for the HANA environment.
