Оплатила, но личный кабинет не добавляет устройство. В приложении не активна кнопка включения впн. Танцы с бубнами. Если не работает впн, то ботом телеграмм нельзя воспользоваться (для того впн и ставим в т.ч.), т.е. нельщя обновить настройки... Замкнутый круг
