Terrible experience. I bought this in slight desperation quickly and didn't realise it needed an app. Would never have bought it if I'd realised. My mistake. However, the app is incompatible with the latest OS I'm on. Not really got the time to wait. Just useless.

Cant verify the phone in the first place. Contacted support,the solution was to reinstall the app which obviously didn't solve the issue. Pointless test since the app doesn't function properly.
