Flikk Bedrift is the easiest way to meet young people who want to work for you.

No job advertisement. No pile of applications. You retrieve your company from the Brønnøysund Registers, show off your workplace with a few pictures and a sentence – and immediately see young people nearby who want to work.

HOW IT WORKS
• Log in with Vipps and retrieve your company with the organization number
• Show off the location: pictures, a short video if you want, and who they will meet
• See young people who have shown interest, and browse candidates in your municipalities
• Invite to a chat – the candidate chooses a time that suits you, and you take it from there

The café, the shop, the farm, the warehouse: Flikk is for you who need part-time help, weekend help or summer help, and who would rather see who people are than read applications.

• You first see first name, age and municipality – contact info is shared when you arrange a chat
• “What you have going on” keeps track of your appointments
• Turn on “Looking for people” when you need someone – and off when you are done. No ads to post or take down

Viewing and inviting is free – no obligation. You only pay NOK 250 when a candidate accepts a chat. Invoicing is done in arrears.
