UPDT we asked to cancel the yearly subscription bc poor software (okay with paying for what we used). Arrogant attitude from the start "theres a trial period for that" - not all lags are evident from the start. They didnt want to assist us but wanted our info on whats wrong with fleep. Well, take our money and go buy testing. So dissapointed🇪🇪 no help><no help. Going back to Slack.
