I have been following up since last one month but your team seems to be such an unprofessional, no one bothers to respond neither on what's app nor over emails. I have not seen such incompetence and unprofessional after sales support. No SLA defined for the queries raised, No proper escalation matrix defined. Your support team treat customer as ping pong ball. Received new device and still not able to do the testing as the application keeps on closing abruptly.

Three readings are unreliable, device only has about 20% accuracy wrt sugar readings. I feel that also is by pure coincidence. Unhappy with purchase. Even my smartwatch is more accurate than this
