The best health app for me. From the founder to the coaches you feel that you've known them all your life. This app also focuses on mental health and not feeling guilty for enjoying some self care,which is a big plus. There's many different recipes, work outs and resources to get you through. This is not focused on a quick fix diet but a healthy lifestyle approach.
