evcc - smart charging

evcc - solar charging lets you charge your electric vehicle when solar power is available or grid electricity is affordable. This extension provides quick access to your local evcc instance on your home network, with automatic server detection and direct interaction with the evcc UI. A demo instance is available for testing, and it adapts to light or dark mode.

evcc is an open-source home energy management system that works with many PV, battery, and charger types. It enables smart charging, schedules, charging limits, and dynamic tariffs, helping you optimize energy usage while supporting a wide range of vehicles and charging hardware. Prerequisite: you must have evcc installed on a device (Raspberry Pi, Windows, macOS, Linux Docker, ...).
