It's definitely helped my anxiety a lot. I recommend this app to anyone who is struggling and needing assistance in life.

I used it and after the first session, I woke up the next morning with a massive headache which did not leave for the rest of the day. I found the noise used boring and I almost fell asleep while listening to it. I also noted that I could not find any clinical trials with this app which makes me sceptical of the claims made. It may work for you but it did not work for me.

Only bugbear, is that I keep getting promotions for money off, but the only links provided in the email are for apple/iPhone devices. Please also provide android links for promotional offers.

I will change this review if they actually answer and give me my money back

I found this app decided to try it and I really think I'm finding a difference especially where my health anxiety spirals. I recommend trying ED. I know have this on two phones. And when you message ED they get back to you fast and nice. Ty

2023-07-19	Jo*****	This app works incredibly well. In just the first session, it brought up trauma that I had thought hadn't affected me but clearly it had. For the first time in months my mind feels still and calm when I've woken up. I can't recommend this app enough. It's a strange experience but stick with it because its an incredibly powerful tool.
