You log your sets. ApexCore tracks your performance against your history and tells you exactly what to lift next session. Weight goes up when you've earned it. It holds when you haven't. No opinions, no motivational content, no AI generating advice it can't back up.

The progression engine runs on deterministic logic: coded rules applied to your actual session data. Hit the top of your rep range with something left in the tank, your prescribed weight increases next session. Fall short, it holds. Plateau on an exercise for four sessions, ApexCore flags it and gives you three options. Performance trending down across multiple exercises over two weeks, it suggests a deload. Constraint routing works the same way. Flag an injury during onboarding and every exercise that aggravates it disappears from your program automatically. Mid-session, flag pain on a set and ApexCore offers a substitution on the spot.
