Fit Eat allows you to receive a daily menu tailored to your macronutrient needs, which your nutritionist has created specifically for you and your goal.

In the app, you'll find a complete menu that includes breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, an afternoon snack, and dinner. You can choose whether to order the entire menu,
just lunch, or just dinner.

Orders must be placed the day before by 7:00 PM. After this time, orders will not be valid for the following day, but only for the day after.

For each category (breakfast, snack, lunch, and so on), different meal options are available. Each dish is already weighed and tailored to the diet recommended by the nutritionist:
proteins, fats, and carbohydrates meet the necessary amounts to reach the established calories.

How it works:
After a thorough examination, the nutritionist suggests using the app to the client. Once accepted, the client's characteristics and goal are entered into the app.
The app automatically calculates the weight of each item. When the customer places the order, it is sent to the restaurant, which prepares the dishes and delivers them to the address specified by the customer in the app.
