Not the worst, but certainly not the best. There is very little to do after the first few levels. By then, you've already given your cars the best things to make them promote your company more, and you're just copying and pasting your designs. I wasn't even able to level up enough to get the research station (2 levels after tutorial) without quitting from sheer boredom. Lower the XP requirements for levels or up the XP rewards for selling cars.
