EDIT - A new version appeared. So now working. Working fine as of today but after an android update, keeps telling me "you must update the app to continue" - and the app has no update available in the play store. Cleared cache, restarted, no luck. Even a reinstall didn't change. Developers need to get this fixed.

This app has been working well until 2 days ago. This is the worst experience I've ever had to undergo with this app. Why is this even a thing? Why hasn't the company reevaluated this significant problem. There are a number of customers who are expericing the same issues. I would like to move my investment to another company with a strong customer service experience and a sense of urgent care for its products.
