Great idea, but most of my builds revolve around adding SPECIAL points per level up and accounting for early bobbles into my build. This app is great to have a list of core perks I want and their level requirements in front of me without just having the game open in front of me, which is great as I like writing characters during outside of my game area. I have to finish the build in my notes app but this is a solid resource.
