Big dissapointment!!! Jambojet left me because they didn't issue me ticket they don't have AI to automatically detect & issue tickets yet. Now am here stranded waiting for the refund that them themselves ain't even aware of the time. It's so sickening. I will remove this dissatisfied message when my reversal goes through... because am stranded here at Moi International Airport!
