Customer service in the beginning was alright and helpful but now I'm always getting messages that say it's not the operating time yet, even though it's not 6 PM or I'm not getting a response at all.

I really enjoyed the ability to watch a fan meeting live, to see comments from other people around the world, and to be able to have the meeting translated into my language. The only reason this is not a five star review is that there were a number of times that the English subtitles were significantly behind the audio, which decreased the quality of the experience, and there were no subtitles for the live replay.
