AlphaSwing

“AlphaSwing” was born in response to the 2007 financial crisis, as a solution’s aid in the prevailing uncertainty surrounding the financial markets. Behind the scenes, our mission is to offer educational information available through our mobile and browser-based application subscription services.
These applications produce informational signals and focused sentiment information scores that aim to identify favorable entry and exit points and impartial assessment of listings in the U.S. equity markets, helping individuals and traders to capitalize on potential opportunities and better manage risks more effectively.
Available Features and Functionality:
The available information on our mobile and web-based browser solutions is created using two distinct features:
The first, is a proprietary predictive analytic / objective signal indicator using market data model inputs that are run through an algorithm known as “AlphaSwing”. The algorithmic model runs and is updated four times per day (10:45 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:39 PM).
The algorithm provides explicit price point information calculated using a “swing factor”. This swing factor produces a range of numerical price points 3 standard deviations above and below the mean opening price value of a security. The highlighted range of prices forecasted produce a potential price range of a security based on the inverse counteractive effects of the calculated swing factor of volatility proxies associated with the short and medium range contracts within the futures market.
This range of prices can be used to identify potential entry and exit points for a known universe of securities and ETF’s available for trading on the NYSE American Tape-B consolidated tape of the financial markets.
This feature is enriched with an Alert Notification capability that identifies highly probable directional trend or trend reversal movements expected to be reflected in the price of the securities available or selected by the user.
The second, available feature is our Sentiment information produced by our Artificial Intelligence Natural Language Processor (NLP). This offering is described and known as “Priye’”. “Priye’” is an NLP Large Language Model (LLM) sentimental predictive analytic that scans news articles to produce Positive, Neutral, or Negative assessment results of major market-based news articles available and covered with in the News section of our applications.
Additionally, “Priye’” produces weighted percentage “Polarity Scores” and the percentage of “Subjectivity” of these scores based on multiple quarters of information provided by the publicly listed companies in their 10-K and 10-Q financial filings. These financial filings identify and provide “Priye’” with the approved verbal contextual content that has been used and is contained within these filing that are supplied directly from the listed companies firms’ corporate officers. This information is updated periodically and is required by the existing U.S. regulatory bodies of these publicly listed companies. This information is found in the SEC section of our application.
Ultimately, the combined “AlphaSwing” subscription offering provides equity price details and sentiment information that our users can access and serve as valuable tools to enhance their decision-making capability in the equity markets. This information should be used judiciously alongside other analytical tools available in the market along with sound individual judgment."
