KiM offers robust access control: you can share places with friends (called Kimers) and set their permissions (view or edit). Every change is automatically recorded in a detailed history, so you always know who did what and when.

The interface is designed for simplicity and responsiveness, adapting to any screen size. Managing items, zones, and categories is safe and reliable: you can’t delete a zone or category if it still contains items. You can also create bundles of items and attach files or web links to each object for better tracking and reference.
