HOW THE SWEETSPOT IS CALCULATED
Every prediction starts from your baby's last wake time and adds an age-appropriate wake window, then fine-tunes it using:
• Your baby's exact age. Wake windows lengthen as they grow.
• Which nap of the day it is. The first window is usually shorter than the last.
• Your 2-nap or 3-nap schedule.
• How long the last nap was. A short nap nudges the next sleep a little earlier.
• Total day sleep so far vs. the typical amount for your baby's age.
• Last night's sleep vs. your baby's recent average. A short night means a more tired day.
• Your target bedtime window. Toward the end of the day it decides between a short bridging catnap and bedtime, so you don't put baby down too early.
