Lumi: Your AI Assistant

Lumi is a personal AI assistant that helps you stay on top of your day. Tell Lumi what you need in chat: it researches on the web, looks through the mail and calendars you connect, and gets things ready for you. Before it acts on your behalf, such as sending an email or creating an event, it asks for your approval.

■ Hand off tasks in chat
• Ask Lumi to research a question, plan a weekend, or sort out your schedule.
• Attach photos or dictate by voice.
• Lumi continues each conversation from what you have talked about and the preferences it remembers.
• Documents and photos Lumi creates are kept in your library.

■ Mail and calendar
• Connect Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts), Naver, Daum/Kakao Mail, iCloud, Microsoft Outlook, Notion, or any IMAP mail account.
• Lumi reviews your connected mail and calendars and prepares reply drafts and calendar changes with you.
• When something needs your attention, Lumi lets you know in chat first.

■ Approval before action
• Sending mail, creating or deleting events, and payments are shown to you first and only go ahead after you approve.
• Depending on the task, you can allow it once or always, and you can decline at any time.
• When a task needs a website, Lumi works in its own browser and shows the progress in chat.

■ Feed, ideas, and goals
• Feed: reading picked for your interests and plans, researched with sources. Bookmark what you like, or continue in chat to ask about it.
• Ideas: Lumi suggests things it can help with. Tap an idea you like to get started.
• Goals: see ongoing tasks and the goals you are working toward in one place.

■ Vault and wallet
• Store website logins, secure notes, and payment cards.
• Values are encrypted on the server, and the AI model cannot see them. The server fills them into the right fields directly.
• Before filling anything in, Lumi shows you which field on which site and asks for permission. Card security codes (CVC) are never stored.
• Viewing a value on this device requires verifying it is you.

■ You stay in control
• In Settings, you can disconnect accounts, withdraw consent for AI processing, and delete your account.

■ Good to know
• Sign-up currently requires an invite code.
• Lumi is for users aged 14 and over.
• AI responses and task results can be wrong, so please check anything important.
