very hard to adapt and is not easily accessible to those who don't have access to certain forms of ID and should not require MINORS to send photos of their care cards or personal information just to age check, completely unreasonable.

I can no longer message people on the app. It's been over two months now. On others' ends (my in-person friends that have wizz), my account doesn't exist... My messages aren't going through to people... I'm not restricted or banned, it specifically states 'All good, no limitation detected' when I click 'is my account restricted'. I can't contact anyone to help me with this problem. The wizz help bot has limited responses and options for assistance.
