Defect Photo is an app that captures defects at construction and interior design sites in a single photo.

Take a photo, draw a box around the defect location, and write a description. The app then saves the image as a single file, attaching an information sheet containing the inspection date, location, type of work, and inspector. The saved photo serves as proof of "when, where, and what kind of defect occurred."
