It is an alarm clock. There is a good selection of alarm sounds. It does not have a stopwatch nor timer. It does spy for data a LOT. Bottom line: better than others but not as good as I'd like. It has updated since I started, so they seem to want to continue to make it better.

Works great and does what I need. Much better than the OEM timer/alarm clock. Option for soft start for morning wakeup is my favorite. The newest update was a good improvement and the alarm clock works reliably. Update 2026 March- now has calendar function so you can add alarms for appointments and special events.

I find the simple alarm app to be almost impossible to use. It has failed to wake me up every time I've used it. It doesn't go off. Later, the next day, it goes off for no reason. I've tried and tried to program it. It never works.
