EMIAS.PETERSBURG is a mobile app that allows St. Petersburg residents to independently schedule appointments with doctors at city clinics and access their electronic medical records.
What can you do with the app?
- Make appointments, reschedule, or cancel existing appointments;
- Schedule appointments with doctors with a referral;
- Take tests as prescribed (schedule lab tests);
- Receive appointment reminders;
- View your electronic medical record: examinations, test results, reports, and discharge summaries;
Important
The app works with the MIS: it downloads doctors' schedules, your appointments and referrals, and submits appointment or reschedule requests. EMIAS.PETERSBURG cannot influence the following situations:
- The MIS is temporarily unavailable or undergoing maintenance;
- Your clinic registration has been lost or has not been issued;
- Your compulsory medical insurance policy is not included in the city's compulsory medical insurance fund database. For questions about the quality of medical care:
- the doctor or specialty you need is unavailable;
- no available appointment slots;
- your appointments were canceled without notice;
- long lines or slow reception times;
- rude or incompetent staff,
