MY Booking

We have to use multiple reservation sites for different categories, such as reservation sites for restaurants, beauty salons, clinics, and treatment centers. Wouldn't it be easier to manage reservations if they were all in one place? We want to receive preferential services only for repeat customers! That's what gave birth to MY-Booking.

MY-Booking's feature is that it is a reservation system for repeat customers.

MY-Booking has five major functions.

The first function is a mechanism that allows you to offer discounts at discounted prices for times between reservations, times when the restaurant expects it will be difficult to fill, and times when reservations are canceled, such as from 11:00 to 12:00 for lunch and discounts after 9:00 p.m.

The second function is a push notification that reminds you of your reservation, and there are confirmation and cancellation buttons, allowing you to cancel seamlessly.

The third function is a list of your favorite restaurant reservation pages from different categories on the top screen.

The fourth function is the "chat" function. Users can chat with salons. They can confirm or change reservations through chat, and can also attach images to chats, so they can ask salons for advice with images rather than just text, such as "Can I have this hairstyle?"

Fifthly, the app has a dedicated "MY Points" system. Users can earn 1,000 points when they register an account, and when they make a reservation with a salon and the salon approves the reservation, 200 points are added. On the other hand, if the user cancels the reservation, 100 points are deducted. The points earned can be used at the salon, so you can enjoy making the most of your MY Points.
