This is a shop app for Patisserie NAKAYAMA (Joso City, Ibaraki Prefecture).
This patisserie will open in fall 2024 as a sister store to the long-established Japanese confectionery shop "Yutakaya."
The owner/chef is the 4th generation of Yutakaya. After graduating from confectionery school, he trained as a pastry chef at "Esprit de Paris" in Kichijoji for 8 years, and opened a patisserie next to Yutakaya Shinishishita store as a Japanese and Western store. .
We aim to be a store that will be loved by the local community for a long time!
