Everyday Heroes Helpers – the work app for Everyday Heroes helpers

With the app, you can see at a glance what's on the agenda for today: your next assignment, the client profile, and the address. You record time and mileage in the wizard, compile the documentation, obtain the client's signature directly on the touchscreen, and complete the assignment – ​​no paper, no Excel spreadsheet.

What the app can do:

• Schedule for the next three months, with clear status colors for each appointment (planned / confirmed / completed).

• Start and close assignments in a wizard with a touch field for the client's signature.

• Click-based documentation instead of free text: Select activities, well-being, and observations with a tap – structured for proof of service.

• Submit appointments and series: You arrange them with the client, enter the information, and the administration confirms it.

• Report sick leave and vacation directly in the app, with photo upload of the sick note.

• Marketplace: Job postings are immediately visible – apply and take over.

• Push notifications: You'll know instantly when the administration has made a decision on your submission.

• Care consultation according to §37.3 SGB XI: Certified consultants receive their appointments for today and the protocol form directly in the app.

Alltagsheroes is a recognized provider of everyday assistance according to §45a SGB XI in Wetter (Ruhr) and the surrounding area. The app is exclusively for our employees and can only be accessed by invitation with personal access.
