This app engages the Union with its registered members. Members are able to register themseves with this app. New Members will be able to request to Join the Union organization, by submit a 'call back' request. A contact centre will then verify there request and access granted after the potential members confirms. The member will then be able to see their details, and correct where necessary. They will also be able to see contributions towards the Union. The app will also allow the capture of Member surveys, in case where the Union requires such information from their members, in order to better service them.
