After signing up, a new user can use the ‘Pet Manager’ to add or remove their pet. The ‘Vehicle and Parking’ menu helps users add their vehicle for parking on the property. The ‘Tour Schedule’ menu allows users to book an apartment tour before applying for rent. The ‘My Application’ section shows the status of submitted applications. Users can add their card or bank details to pay rent and utilities under the ‘Payment Settings’ menu. The ‘Assets Manager’ will store uploaded images, and users can update this information and add occupants through the ‘Profile & Occupant’ section. Once a user becomes a resident of a property, they will have access to additional features based on the property.
