It's going to be a year now and still haven't received my deposits.Legal actions should be taken against them and the company deserves to be shut down for good.

2024-12-28	AY*****	Very unprofessional and fraudulent. They are scammers. My contract stated that deposit amount would be refunded 60 days from check out which was 1st of July 2024 . It has been 5months now. Earlier they said the deposit will be refunded by end of October 2024. Today they said it will be refunded by the end of January 2025. The customer care is can't provide any details. The only thing they say is that the refund is handled by another department we can't help. They just keep delaying.

They promised to return my security deposit within 60 days, but it's been 7 months, and I still haven’t received a single penny. Many others have been waiting for over a year! They ignore calls, emails, and messages completely. The salespeople who sweet-talk you into joining are liars and disappear the moment you move in. The food is unhygienic, often with hair in it, showing their utter carelessness. Don’t believe the positive reviews

2024-11-20	Vi*****	Worst experience for refund. I got my son enrolled for Jaipur at that time they were very proactive now when I want my security deposit back they have stopped picking up phone. Mr Mrutunjay gives namenif Mr Francis who un turn never pics up phone or doesn't reply on WhatsApp. At best they gave me a customer care number to talk which is as pathetic as their apathetic and unprofessional approach. Need give -ve stars but not possible in the app. Shame on you chaps. Edited after 1 yr - no refund
