GymDesk is gym management software for gyms and fitness centres, and for their members. One app serves everyone: the account you sign in with decides what you see.

You need an account from a gym that uses GymDesk. It is not a standalone fitness tracker.

FOR GYM OWNERS
• See the day at a glance: check-ins, revenue, active and expired members
• Enrol members in seconds, with plan, price and any discount
• Renew memberships and record payments as they are taken
• Daily collection sheet: who paid, how, and who took the money
• Expenses and standing monthly costs, so you read a real monthly net

FOR THE FRONT DESK
• Enrol walk-ins with a name and nothing else — email and phone are optional
• Check members in by QR code, by face, or by hand

• See who has not visited in a while, and send them a WhatsApp message

FOR TRAINERS
• Build workout and diet plans, and assign them to members

FACE CHECK-IN, WITH CONSENT
Gyms can enable check-in by face. It is optional, and never set up without the member's own agreement: before anything is captured, the member is shown what is stored — a mathematical representation of the face, not the photograph — what it is used for, and that it can be deleted at any time. Members can withdraw at any point, which deletes the stored data. QR and desk check-in always remain available.

PRIVACY
Your gym's data belongs to your gym. Gyms are kept strictly separate: no gym can see another's members. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising. You can delete your account from inside the app, or at gym.vynus.in/delete-account.
