VVSugars Field Ops

VVSugars Field Ops is the official field application for authorised VVSugars cane officers and field staff. It digitises day-to-day sugarcane operations so work captured in the field syncs straight into the VVSugars (Frappe) system.

Capabilities:
• Ryot (farmer) registration with photo and document capture
• Plantation offers — drafts through to completed offers
• Plot Master records with on-site GPS boundary capture and area calculation
• Cutting Orders with gang assignments and trip sheets
• Doc 40 and Seed Delivery Order (SDO) workflows
• Master data: gangs, transporters and vehicles
• Offline capture that saves drafts on the device and uploads when back online
• Secure sign-in with a PIN and optional biometric unlock

The app shows each officer the divisions mapped to their account and keeps records consistent with the central system. Access is limited to staff with a valid VVSugars account; it is not intended for general public use.
