Pathetic experience for loan closing... They took to much time for loan close. It is still pending since 10 days plus

I had a very bad experience with this app. I planned to take a loan, and the app mentioned an interest rate of 10.49%. However, after reaching the agreement page, the rate showed as 11-12%, with unnecessary charges like loan processing fees, MF pledging, etc. I canceled my loan before signing the agreement, and now they are asking me to pay ₹400 to unpledge my mutual fund. This has been a terrible experience. Please, everyone, avoid taking loans through this app. Volt Money.
