This app does not update it's product price and availability properly. If we order in this app. The person from the store will call you and ask u to pay more by sending QR Code or will cancel the product. The store people also doesn't know how to speak with customers. Feeling not Good booking with Vijetha app...Better to book with bb or zepto or other apps.

Worst app and customer service. They have no tracking system for complaints. For refunds or failed payments, you need to call them repeatedly, but they always give the same response: due to a technical issue, your refund is pending; their team has been informed; your refund has been initiated, and you will receive it by the end of the day. Every call yields the same answer, not a solution. So install and use this app
