Venad Chicken

Venad Meat Products is the latest venture of Venad Poultry Farmers Producer Company, a Farmer Producer Organization (FPO), established by NABARD under the Govt. of India scheme. The FPO is managed by a five-member Director Board elected by the shareholder farmers. The head office is at Kottarakkara, with branches at Poruvazhy and Kannur and has established its first state-of-the-art semi-automatic chicken dressing plant in Poruvazhy, Kollam. The FPO helps farmers in establishing small and large poultry farms. We supply Hi-Tech poultry cages, BV380 layer birds, Poultry Feeds, Medicines, Vaccines, Poultry equipments , Modern Chicken Cutting Stalls with NABARD grant, Biogas plants, Aerobic composting units, etc. We conduct hands-on training programs in Hi-tech layer farming, Broiler production, Hygienic Chicken Dressing, etc. utilizing our own facilities.
