Cakes are always fresh and yummy. Loyalty point program is awesome too!! I redeemed my 300 points today to get a Chocolate Box for almost free 🤗 My friends are fans of Cakelicious 👍

I have also used loyalty points may times, and was very glad when on order of just 350/, I was able to use my 300 points as flat discount. The order costed me just 50/- :) That's really amazing 👏 👌

2021-12-14	Um*****	We ordered a photo cake as per advised by the person taking order in choco mud flavour but it was not good in taste and was not fresh at all...specially the cream. Guest were complaining about it ..it was so embarassing. Will not order again...we didn't like the taste of it...Now I am trying to give them feedback but my calls getting unanswered... pathetic.. Don't waste your hard earned money .

2020-02-20	A *****	Worthless cakes. Their chocolate truffle cake comes with brown icing and it tastes ridiculously bad. When I called them to complain about the cake, they responded by saying that the chocolate might have melted due to delivery boy's mistake. However, what I don't understand is how would they justify the melting issue in the month of February and what are their excuses for the tastes like undercooked aate ka halwa. No compensation was offered and instead I was suggested to pay for another cake.
