Worst experience ever. My order was picked up, but the delivery partner claimed he never received it. Support asked me to wait and promised a replacement, yet my original order was falsely marked as delivered. Two agents disconnected my calls. After 2+ hours, the supervisor only asked me to wait 4–7 days. No order, no refund, only mental harassment. I have all the proof and will approach the Consumer Commission.
