Step-Up Trainer

Step-Up Trainer and Step-Up Trainee are official apps developed and owned by Heizen. This app is exclusively for trainers to manage sessions, attendance, and batches.

StepUp Trainer is built for coaches and instructors to manage their work without complication. It helps you complete onboarding, upload required documents, track batches, and stay updated with your daily sessions.

Start by signing up with your mobile number. Select the areas you teach, choose your sports, add your basic details, and submit the necessary verification documents. Once the admin reviews your information, your profile is activated.

After approval, you’ll see the batches assigned to you. The home screen shows all ongoing, upcoming, and completed batches with session details, so you can plan your day and stay organized.

Use the calendar to view sessions for any date and open a day to see what’s scheduled. Notifications keep you informed about batch updates, document status, new assignments, and other important activity. All alerts are stored in the Activity section for quick reference.

Your profile allows you to update information, upload a profile photo, manage notifications, access support, and control account settings. You can log out or permanently delete your account at any time.

StepUp Trainer keeps everything clear and structured, so you can focus on coaching while the app handles the admin work.
