2025-01-27	Sw*****	Third class wifi service, they don't even give us a refund. Wifi abruptly disconnects and now they are saying prepaid services are not refundable. I will suggest to go with some other provider. This is worst experience with Microscan.

2024-12-16	ki*****	Using service from more than year plans are good but, the service is getting worse day by day. 3 days it's not working at all still no solutions, did everything contacted support team every time they are sending technician but no one came to visit, false promises, support team doesn't know what's the issue only just resetting Mac is the only troubleshooting they know. And about app don't remember when last time it worked not able to login at all, doing rechargesfrom web portal which is risky web
