Worthless rubbish. Pages of text promoting a blatant scam. Lies and misinformation. It fails to mention that Six Sigma was created by self-confessed con man Mikel Harry, based on the height of a stack of disks! 91% of SS companies have failed. It's once best reference, GE, tossed it out a decade ago. CBS calls it the most stupid fad of all time. Dr Wheeler calls it goofy.
