The app is not opening properly the OTP is not coming to my phone ,I don't know what is the reason for this error , I have been trying for last 2 months

Very worst app I have ever seen.If I give my registered mobile number OTP is not received.Trying for past two days.i dont know what's the solution.If i contact the customer care number the message is coming as number is invalid.Too worst app.
