PMS by Saskey

PMS by Saskey is a Property management app for staff. It runs alongside the web version at hms.saskey.in and gives each role exactly the screens they need to do their job from a phone — nothing more, nothing less.

This app is for hotel staff only. Guests do not have accounts.

WHO IT'S FOR

- Managers — view all bookings with filters by date, status, and room. Apply discretionary discounts on the spot when a guest negotiates at the desk.

- Receptionists — see live room status, search and open any booking, raise housekeeping requests (towels, toiletries, water) and maintenance tickets (AC, plumbing, electrical) directly to the right team. Walk-in check-in is supported on the day of arrival.

- Housekeeping — see your assigned floors and rooms, with pending tasks grouped by priority. Start and stop tasks with one tap; the time taken is recorded automatically. Guest requests raised by reception appear here in real time.

- Maintenance — same shape as housekeeping: floor- and room-wise task list, simple start/stop flow, push alerts the moment a ticket is raised.

WHAT IT DOES

- Push notifications — task assignments and new tickets arrive on the assigned staff member's phone within seconds. Works even when the app is in the background.

- Multi-floor assignments — staff can be assigned one or many floors, and only see tasks for their floors.

- Secure sign-in — same login as the web app. Sessions are remembered using a refresh token stored in the device's secure keychain, so you don't have to log in every day. A property admin can revoke any device's access immediately if a phone is lost.

- Built for Indian hospitality — supports GST-compliant invoices, Aadhar / passport ID capture during check-in, and the standard April–March financial year.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

- It is not a booking engine for guests. Guests cannot book through this app.

- Invoice generation and refunds remain on the web app for an audit trail. Receptionists can view and share invoices, but issue them from the web side.

- The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, location, or photos.

DATA & PRIVACY

All data is stored in our Supabase Postgres instance hosted on AWS in Mumbai. Communication with the server is over HTTPS. We do not sell data, we do not show advertising, and we do not share data with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g., Expo's push notification relay) or as required by Indian law.
