Sardhardham VMS

Sardhardham VMS is the official vehicle and driver management app for drivers authorized by Shri Hari Free Education Trust Sardhar & Shree Swaminarayan Mandir Trust. It gives drivers everything they need to manage their trips, vehicles, and daily duties in one simple place.
This app is for authorized drivers only. Accounts are created by your administrator, and you log in securely using your registered phone number and a one-time password (OTP). No separate username or password to remember.

Key features:
Trips — view your assigned trips, start and end journeys, and keep a clear record of your trip history including times, distance, and status.
Vehicles — see the vehicles assigned to you along with their details, so you always know what you're driving.
Fuel — log and track fuel entries to help keep accurate records for fleet management.
Alerts — receive timely notifications for important updates such as vehicle assignments, document expiry reminders, and admin reviews.
Profile — keep your profile and emergency contact details up to date for safety and quick reference.
Live trip tracking — during an active trip, the app records your route using GPS to support route logging and fleet visibility for your administrator. Location is only collected while you are logged in and a trip is in progress.

Your privacy matters:
Sardhardham VMS only collects the information needed to manage fleet operations. Your data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with advertisers. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time from within the app (My Profile → Delete Account) or by contacting us at contact@sardhardham.org.
