WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Telecaller Queue — see your assigned leads and the unassigned pool, log qualification calls, and move leads forward.

• Visits — track site visits assigned to you, log pre-visit calls, and submit visit reports with location and photos tagged automatically.

• Client Intake — fill out the client intake form on-site once a customer is ready to finalize, capturing system details and payment terms.

• To-Do — a running list of your open follow-ups and pending actions so nothing falls through the cracks.

• Village Reference — quickly look up nearby completed installations to show prospects work already done in their area.

• EMI Calculator — work out loan payment options with a customer on the spot.

Everything you enter syncs with the same Prompt CRM your team uses on the web, so leads, visits, and quotations stay in sync across the whole sales pipeline.
