I had Ordered a "Zara" perfume from here, initially I didn't checked their website & reviews but after I ordered it was almost a week & i didn't got any updates of my product ordered, i then tried to connect to customer care but they don't even have a customer care(very horrible), i then got a email support mail of them & i sent mail but didn't get any reply, then again I sent multiple mails to them but didn't get any response... Very horrible don't ever think of buying from this app....

I had placed an order a month back. I haven't received it yet, unable to track the Id provided by you. I have sent so many mails and whatsapp but noone is responding. What a pathetic service. They are frauds. Don't buy anything from them. Worst experience!

Their Delivery service and support service is pathetic. It's been more than 2 weeks and my order is not even out of their warehouse. They don't reply to emails and have no contact number. Earlier , it used to be a good site to buy from but now it has become the worst. They only promise fast delivery but the reality is completely different. All this hassle for domestic delivery, lord knows what happen to those who order internationally.
