The single, secure mobile platform for Perfect Bathware’ Distributor Sales Officers (DSOs), dealers and field teams. Built to streamline dealer onboarding, centralize orders and invoices, and deliver real-time visibility into field activities, Perfect Bathware connects DSOs and dealers so orders move faster and deliveries become more reliable.

Two user roles — tailored workflows

DSO (Distributor Sales Officer): Field sales users who visit dealers daily. DSOs use this app to record dealer visits, capture orders on-site, receive assignments from DSOs’ operations, and navigate to dealer locations. DSOs are tracked in real time (with consent) so dispatchers and DSOs can monitor live routes, reassign tasks and measure field performance.
Dealer: Dealers can self-register by filling the in-app Dealership Onboarding Form (submit business details and required documents). Once approved by Perfect Bathware, dealers can place orders directly in the app — no DSO required — or view and track orders that DSOs place on their behalf. Dealers can also view invoices, payment status and delivery progress.
Core capabilities

Self-service Dealership Onboarding: Anyone can complete the onboarding form in-app, upload documents (GST, PAN, licenses) and request activation. Perfect Bathware reviews and approves registrations to grant access.
Order capture & management: Create, edit, and confirm orders with product details, quantities, discounts and notes; dealers or DSOs can place orders; orders flow to the DSO/DSO dashboard for fulfillment.
Real-time DSO route tracking: Monitor DSOs’ live locations and route history on a secure map (requires DSO opt-in). Track visit start/stop, travel time and in-route status for operational oversight.
Delivery & proof-of-delivery: Attach photos, notes and signatures to deliveries, mark status updates, and keep verifiable delivery records tied to each order.
Invoice & payment tracking: Generate and view invoices, record payments and reconcile outstanding balances for accurate accounting.
Visit & order assignment: DSOs can assign visits and orders to agents; agents receive ETAs, accept tasks, and update status in real time.
Lightweight inventory & product lookup: Dealers quickly check product availability, pricing and stock snapshots during sales conversations.
Offline-first capability: Create orders, capture photos and update visit status offline; data syncs automatically when the device reconnects.
Role-based UX & permissions: Different experiences for DSOs, dealers and admin users; tracking enabled only for field roles and controlled by Perfect Bathware admins.
Notifications & reporting: Push alerts for new orders, payment receipts and delivery updates; export simple reports and order summaries for finance.
Privacy & security

Location tracking is opt-in and intended only for field/DSO roles. Permissions are requested only for necessary features (location for tracking, camera/storage for attachments).
Data security and retention follow Perfect Bathware’ policies; administrators control access and export settings. Contact your RG representative for details.
How to get started

Download Perfect Bathware and sign in with credentials — or complete the in-app Dealership Onboarding Form to request access.
Dealers: add basic details, upload required documents, place your first order and track its progress.
DSOs: accept assignments, use live navigation to visit dealers, capture orders onsite and upload proof-of-delivery.
Admins/Dispatch: monitor live DSO routes, reassign tasks, and review onboarding submissions.
